The second floor unveils a Modern, large Gathering Space, a full Kitchen, four Private Furnished Offices, and two Full Bathrooms. You and your guests will step out back onto a stunning, oversized deck overlooking a beautifully landscaped two-acre private oasis.
With over 1,400 square feet, the Great Room can accommodate a standing reception or cocktail party. This space can also be set up with banquet tables.
The 500-square-foot studio space can be set up for conferences, education, or meetings, and it has access to multiple AV options. When emptied, the studio accommodates yoga mats or alternative seating.
Our fully functioning Salon is designed for editorial styling, educator education, product shoots, and providing an amazing on-site experience every guest will love. It includes four styling chairs and two washing stations.
With over 1,000 square feet of cozy gathering space upstairs, featuring a massive round velvet sofa, a spacious sunporch with two chair swings, workspaces, and two full-size private restrooms.
Our 520-square-foot multi-purpose studio is perfectly suited for a wide range of health and wellness activities. Sonos surround sound + 85″ flatscreen TV. A Wellness Session is ideally a two-hour block of time scheduled in the studio.

From audio/visual equipment to catering and event planning services, the team at Oak Street Exchange is dedicated to providing exceptional service to ensure that every event is a success. Please note: any event with 50 or more attendees will require a professional planner, and over 75 will require valet parking, both of which can be provided at an additional cost.
