A New Creative Private Co-working Event Space, nestled in the heart of St. Pete, catering to the entire Tampa Bay Area.

This newly renovated St. Pete Venue features a Multi-purpose Great Room on the first floor, a large Studio, Private Offices, three shared Restrooms, and an Editorial Hair Salon. The second floor unveils a Modern, large Gathering Space, a full Kitchen, four Private Furnished Offices, and two Full Bathrooms. You and your guests will step out back onto a stunning, oversized deck overlooking a beautifully landscaped two-acre private oasis.

Great Room

With over 1,400 square feet, the Great Room can accommodate a standing reception or cocktail party. This space can also be set up with banquet tables.

Studio

The 500-square-foot studio space can be set up for conferences, education, or meetings, and it has access to multiple AV options. When emptied, the studio accommodates yoga mats or alternative seating.

Salon

Our fully functioning Salon is designed for editorial styling, educator education, product shoots, and providing an amazing on-site experience every guest will love. It includes four styling chairs and two washing stations.

Upstairs Gathering Space

With over 1,000 square feet of cozy gathering space upstairs, featuring a massive round velvet sofa, a spacious sunporch with two chair swings, workspaces, and two full-size private restrooms.

Wellness Sessions

Our 520-square-foot multi-purpose studio is perfectly suited for a wide range of health and wellness activities. Sonos surround sound + 85″ flatscreen TV. A Wellness Session is ideally a two-hour block of time scheduled in the studio.

Awesome place for events! We went to a charity party and had a great time. You can tell the staff really take pleasure in doing things the absolute best they can be. The founder of this space Alin is also the coolest person I know and that energy shines through the space.

The Oak Street exchange is an event space for creatives unlike anywhere else! As a professional hairdresser and educator I have taught and hosted education classes and events many times here and the space is stylish, clean, and Alin and her team make sure your experience is successful! The rooms to stay overnight are clean and comfortable! I would recommend this venue for a multitude of events!

OBSESSED with this place. Perfectly and thoughtfully designed, you can tell every detail was intentional. Oak Street Exchange is unique, spacious, and with a vibe you can't find elsewhere. The entire team is incredible too, so accommodating and kind. Highly recommend utilizing for any event, retreat, wedding -- the possibilities are endless with this space, it's versatile and absolutely stunning!

I can’t say enough about Alin Leslie… The creator of this stunning new venue,
It’s unique, Stunning and it’s location makes easy accessibility, whether you’re coming from St Pete or Tampa!
Personally, having my gratitude event there for Brookes Butterfly Bash, it was a amazing and all my guests were pleasantly surprised enjoyed it thoroughly.

The loving staff were very accommodating, to make sure it was a huge success… loved it.!!

That venue has fantastic energy! I think the variety of events the venue can support are unlimited!
